Return Policy: All thumb drives come in pink mylar bags with a black pony logo as shown at the right. A recipt with the same black pony logo is also included with the thumb drive and the bag. If the reason for return is caused by shipping damage or by showing software failure within 14 days from the delivery date, a refund is issued and a return may or may not be necessary. If the pink mylar bag has been opened, the return policy is 3 days starting from the date of delivery. If the pink mylar bag is unopened, the return policy is 30 days starting from the date of delivery. Make sure the thumb drive(s) is in a good condition unless stated as damaged. Buyer pays for return shipping costs if the reason for the return is not by defects caused by shipping or by the seller. Once the thumb drive is received, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 days upon recieving the returned items. There can be no more than 8.8 GB of space used for the thumbdrive (to check if any persistance exists).
